Product Description: Mine MWD Trajectory Measuring Instrument
The mine Measurement While Drilling (MWD) trajectory measuring instrument is an intelligent device for real-time MWD detection of borehole trajectories. It mainly consists of non-magnetic drill pipes, a probe, and a mine-used smartphone.
The probe is installed inside the non-magnetic drill pipe. Both ends of the non-magnetic drill pipe are connected to the mine’s ordinary drill pipes and drill bits respectively, enabling simultaneous drilling and measurement of the borehole’s spatial trajectory and drilling speed.
The probe communicates with the mine-used smartphone via Bluetooth. When each borehole starts drilling, the instrument acquires the attribute information of the borehole. After drilling and pipe withdrawal, the data stored in the probe’s memory is transmitted to the smartphone. The spatial position and depth of the borehole are displayed on-site through the smartphone terminal software.
The drilling depth can be measured in two ways: one is by counting while running the pipe through the smartphone terminal software, and the other is by automatic measurement via the depth sensor built into the probe.
Product Specifications
The common specifications of non-magnetic drill pipes for the mine MWD trajectory measuring instrument are as follows: φ50mm φ63.5mm φ73mm And other various specifications.
